Service Agreements
DiMAX will customize a service and support program specifically to suite your business needs. We will work with you to build a program that best supports what your business needs to accomplish. You can choose to have an all inclusive agreement that will literally cover every expense you could imagine.
Our Printer and Copier Service program is by far our most popular. This program provides a fixed per page amount that typically includes all the devices needed parts, labor, and the supplies the equipment needs.
You are also able to choose the appropriate service response time required to support your equipment. For example: if one of several printers in a department requires service you might not need us to respond immediately, but with in the next 24 hours. On the other hand, you may only have one copier in your company for a specific task like a color device. In this case you may elect to have us respond within 2 hours. There may be other times that you may have a special project and need to have someone available 24/7. Whatever your needs are, we can provide you with the level of service you require.
We also provide loaner equipment in the event your device may not be able to be fixed immediately. We have helped clients with this service when there has been a manufacturing back order, a parts recall, and we have even provided a supplemental device while an insurance claim is in process due to an act of nature.
Our programs are based on your actual usage. We never estimate what your volumes might be. We will never bill you for costly overage copies. We are also able to head off more than 25% of service calls thanks to our monitoring system. This system provides us with up to the minute alerts and allows us to schedule routine service, automate toner ordering, and guarantee your equipment’s uptime.
Yes, we will guarantee your equipment’s uptime. We also stand behind all of the promises we make to your company. If we do not perform our end of the agreement to your satisfaction, we will give you an instant 10% discount on your service statement. That is a promise with some meaning behind it.
