This is when one company makes the product but another company puts their sticker on the front cover.  We have the ability to tell you who made what, what it is also sold as, when it was made, the country of origin, and if we can provide service for it.

The ability to quickly respond to your request for service is most likely the second most important consideration you will make when looking for service. We offer several different levels of support ranging from level 1 help desk to Enterprise support and management.


More importantly than the fact that we offer a quick response time is that we stand behind our promises we make to you. If we are unable to respond within the guaranteed time frame we will give you a minimum of a 10% credit off your service statement. Now that’s a promise with teeth.
